Geoffrey Lafarge wins first
edition of Transju'verticale
The past weekend saw the premiere of a new format
within the Transju'trail held in the French Jura
mountains. The first edition of the so-called Transju'verticale
consisted of a 250 track of a steep uphill track
through the beautiful forest and mountain landscape.
French Nordic Combined athlete Geoffrey Lafarge
once more proved how tough his discipline makes
its participants and took the maiden win in a time
of 10 minutes and 39 seconds ahead of trail runner
Aurelien Petitjean and Jules Tissot.
