Six jumpers are on the Norwegian national team of head coach Alexander Stoeckl für the 2014/15 season.
Besides Anders Bardal, as fourth in the overall ranking the best Norwegian of the past World Cup winter, also Anders Jacobsen, Tom Hilde, Anders Fannemel, Rune Velta and Andreas Stjernen earned their spot on the team.
"We made no major changes because these six jumpers showed good performances over a longer period of time. I'm really looking forward to the start of the summer training. We will also be working close together with the other teams. We have many talented athletes in the teams and the door is definitely not closed", Alexander Stoeckl is quoted on the website of the Norwegian Ski Association.
"We have six athletes on the national team who showed performances on a high level over the past two seasons. After a good evaluation process we believe that we now know what to do in order to help them show even more of their potential", said sporting director Clas Brede Brathen.
